  based on what we've seen, it seems to me that of the seven, splane and jackson are the smartest; herd, lett and morris the least intelligent; and sanderson and losch somewhere in the middle.

  Same as AM#3 came from wealthy parents and was warned by his dad about giving a lump sum to the organization.father was probably near death in his eighties.

  the watchtower and jehovah's witnesses are fond of saying there are no automatic sanctions for taking blood.

  that they no longer disfellowship someone who takes blood.

  that they have a "free choice" in the matter.

  I see the lawsuits this type of coercive action can generate boy the Governing Body sure are stupid in their rulings.

  I think a successful civil lawsuit yielding megabucks can happen with this type of behavior, maybe a class action suit.

  I clicked on his link he seems to be a only 15 years in practice and a door that swings both ways they represent businesses that are coming before the RC (defending them from later lawsuits?). Hey maybe the WT is hoping this guy gets the cases I'm thinking or maybe the WT ought to hire them by I could be totally wrong about them anyway it is good to do one's picking of lawyers very carefully.

  The right to shun - wrong?

  many people are understandably upset and angry at the notion that jws have the right to shun people.

  it seems such an obvious "no brainer" cruel and inhuman thing to do - it must be wrong ... surely?.

  of course we look at things from the perspective of those hurt and harmed by shunning.

  Focus on harm such coercive tactics used cause to the population would be instep with moral acceptance and can be worded in such a manner. Limit a corporation religious or otherwise to enforce policy over its members make shunning a real big no no.

  Looks like a time of change for the Glorious Geoffrey Jackson Faithful And Discreet Slave now that his father died. When older it takes some type of upheaval in order for neural plasticity to take place and one change one's whole mode of thinking. Lets hope people that this man will change for the destruction of the Watchtower Organization!!

  I'm betting on a complete 180 with this guy the sequencial play of events almost guarantees it. Whishfull thinking? Maybe but still it could happen.
